I use Keymailer and Woovit regularly but didn't know Arsenal had a function similar to theirs - from their website it looks like they only offer stats and discovery and no way to send codes or share contact details..?
Also I like the change KeyMailer made, looks like a step in the right direction.

Ah yeah, - it does look like Arsenal does key delivery - https://www.gamasutra.com/view/pressreleases/344066/Lightstreams_Live_Streaming_Analytics_Platform_Arsenalgg_to_Offer_New_Game_Key_Delivery_Campaigns.php - but I don't think it's as expansive as Woovit or Keymailer, to your point.
