I feel like as a lot of other things are on Steam, big games get a pass.
They do mention when giving you keys that you need to offer the same deal to Steam clients as the ones outside of the platform, but I don't know if/how they actually enforce that rule.
interesting. i thought valve made it so those generated steam keys have to be the same price as steam
